Edwards journey in construction began with a passion for design and craftsmanship. Prior to starting Costello Construction in 2015 he worked for a local home remodeling business for 5 years. Driven by a vision to deliver superior quality and unparalleled customer service. Over the years, Edward has managed and executed a wide range of projects, from exquisite kitchen and bathroom renovations to comprehensive whole-home remodels.

Eric is a seasoned real estate professional with over 12 years of experience in the industry, specializing in sales, construction, management and accounting. As the Director of Operations at Costello Construction, Eric plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects from inception to completion.
Before joining Costello Construction, Eric’s professional career began in real estate sales, where he specialized in helping investors find value, focusing on identifying opportunities and maximizing returns. By leveraging problem-solving skills, he guided clients through challenges, ensuring they achieve the best possible outcomes for their investments. His role often involved offering expertise in design and functionality to enhance property appeal and usability, creating long-term value. Eric would then take his expertise a step further into property management which allowed him to oversee the ongoing success of these investments, managing day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and maintenance to preserve and grow their worth over time.
In his current position, Eric oversees the daily operations and finances of Costello Construction, ensuring that all departments work harmoniously towards common goals. His analytical skills and financial acumen have helped optimize resource allocation, improve profitability, and drive sustainable growth. Eric’s leadership has been instrumental in streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency across the board.

All of our relationships begin with an initial consultation which typically starts with a phone conference followed by an initial walkthrough of your project. This gives us the opportunity to talk about what functionality you need for your space, style and aesthetic choices as well as what investment level you are looking to make. During this meeting we’ll provide feedback, talk through potential obstacles and even provide some helpful tips based on past experiences that may relate to your project. If the consultation is a good fit for both parties, our team will put together a detailed proposal where transparency is key! Our proposal will breakdown each and every aspect of your project with a cost associated with each milestone. This avoids any confusion on where and how your money is being spent on bringing your dream project into reality.
BUILDING ON TRUST
Excellent! So you’ve decided to move forward and take this exciting step. At Costello Construction we understand the journey that lies ahead but it's extremely important to us that you do as well. The key to any successful project is communication. It is a vital part of our business so our staff is available to you anytime of the day to answer any questions and it is our job to keep you informed throughout the duration of your project. Before work begins, we will meet at your house and walk you through each phase of your project. We will also connect you to our cloud service where you can see progress photos, permits, floor plans and more.
CONSTRUCTION
Now's your chance to finally take a swing at that wall you've hated for years! But don’t be fooled by how easy it looks on TV—demolition is just the beginning of a much larger process. Your Project Manager will handle everything, from HVAC and plumbing to electrical work, ensuring each step is expertly scheduled and executed. Plus, with our google cloud service, you can easily track the progress with photos updated daily, and detailed descriptions of the work completed. This way, you're always informed and involved every step of the way!
COMPLETION
As we reach the final completion stage of your home remodel, you're about to see your vision fully realized! This is where all the hard work comes together—the finishes, fixtures, and details that transform your space into the home you've dreamed of. Our team ensures everything is done to perfection, from the final coat of paint to the last touch of trim. Before we pack up our tools, we’ll walk through the space with you to make sure every detail meets your expectations. With a spotless, move-in-ready finish, your home is now more functional, beautiful, and customized to your lifestyle than ever before!
